1. You may ask permission to change your rank
2. If you NEED to talk to the one of the admins privately, you may Pm them
3. You may ask permission to have the admins add a forum
4. You Have to follow the rules and guidlines
5. If you are a guest and are using the guest login, DO NOT POST IN ANYTHING EXCEPT THE APPLICATIONS OR GUEST CENTRAL, Thank you!
6. While Talon is away, Velvet is incharge of the site.
